Every theme uses a responsive layout with a collapsible menu, so customers can order, pay and open tickets comfortably on a phone.
What it is
The customer side is built to be used on phones and tablets as much as on a desktop.
How it works
- Pages scale to the screen width, and the header collapses into a hamburger menu on small screens with the language and currency controls grouped in one row.
- Forms, tables and order cards reflow for narrow screens through responsive style rules in every theme.
- The functional layout rules live in a locked core stylesheet, so a design edit in the theme editor cannot break the mobile layout.
- With the Smart App module switched on, customers can also install the panel on their home screen as an app, with an install banner and an offline page.
Where to find it
Nothing to configure; it is part of every theme under Admin > Themes. The app install option lives under Admin > Smart App.
