Do I need my own domain?Yes. You provide your own domain — buy it first, then order, and we deploy your panel on it.

Are the services included?No. We rent the panel software only. Services come from your own provider(s) via API and are paid to them separately — they are not free and not provided by us.

Is there a set-up fee?Yes — a one-time set-up fee to create and deploy your panel. Rent is billed separately each month.

How is rent calculated?By your monthly order volume. More orders means a higher bracket; fewer orders means less rent.

What if I don't pay?The panel is suspended until dues are cleared, then reactivated automatically.

Can I cancel anytime?Yes. There is no long-term contract — cancel whenever you want.
