WhatsApp & Messenger

Floating WhatsApp and Telegram buttons let visitors message you in one tap. Set the number or username, a default message and the screen side.

What it is

Direct contact buttons on every customer page for the channels your customers already use. Facebook Messenger is not included.

How it works

  • WhatsApp Button: enter your number, an optional pre-filled message and choose left or right.
  • Telegram Button: enter your username and choose left or right.
  • Each button can be switched on or off separately.
  • Tapping opens the chat with you in the WhatsApp or Telegram app or web client.

Where to find it

Admin > Settings > Integrations, section Chat & Contact.
