What it is
Your customers can connect their own panels or scripts to yours through a standard API, so resellers can order and track automatically.
How it works
- The API page documents every action with parameter tables and example responses: place order (standard, custom comments and drip-feed), order status, multiple order status, services list, refill, cancel and balance.
- Every customer has a personal API key. A new key is generated from the Account page, shown once and never displayed again.
- The services action returns the rates of that customer, so resellers always see the prices you set for them, including discounts and custom rates.
- You can switch API access off for an individual user without closing the account; the API then answers with a clear disabled message.

User side > API. Keys are managed on the Account page of each customer; per-user access is under Admin > Users > Edit Basic.
