Customers track every order with status tabs and counts, powerful filters, start, remains and end counters, and refill or cancel buttons when allowed.
What it is
The Orders page gives each customer a full record of everything they have ordered, with live status.
How it works
- Tabs for All, Pending, Processing, In progress, Completed, Partial, Canceled and Refunded show a count for each status.
- Filters cover one or many order IDs, service IDs, any part of the link, service type, charge range and date range. Filtered views have their own address so they can be bookmarked or shared.
- Each row shows the service, link, charge, quantity, start count, remains, end count, date and status, with one-click copy for the order ID.
- Refill and Cancel buttons appear only on orders whose service allows them; a click queues the request to the provider at once and each request can be used only once.
- Drip-feed and subscription orders have their own pages with the same tab and filter layout.
