Let customers split an order into runs delivered at an interval, for natural-looking growth. Totals are shown live and the order is sent to the provider as drip-feed.
What it is
Drip-feed spreads one order over time. The customer decides how many runs and how many minutes apart, and the provider delivers in chunks.
How it works
- Enable Drip Feed per service in the Advance popup; provider sync can also set it.
- On New Order the customer ticks Drip-feed and enters Runs and Interval in minutes (up to 60). Total quantity is runs times quantity and the total charge updates instantly.
- The order is sent to the provider with the runs and interval so the provider manages the schedule.
- Customers follow drip-feed orders on their Dripfeed page with quantity per run, runs, interval, status and search filters.
- Resellers can place drip-feed orders through the customer API as well.
Where to find it
Admin > Services > Edit > Advance. Customers: New Order and the Dripfeed menu. Admin management is under Orders > Drip-Feed.
