Method instructions

Write rich-text instructions for every payment method. Customers see them above the deposit form. One text per method, in the language you write it in.

What it is

Every payment method has its own instructions box, so you can tell customers exactly how to pay: your wallet number, account title, what to write in the reference, or how long a transfer takes.

How it works

Open a method and write the instructions in the rich-text editor, with bold text, lists, colours and links.
The text is shown at the top of that method's deposit form, before the amount box.
Each method stores one text; it is not translated automatically, so write it in the language your customers use or include more than one language in the same box.

Where to find it

Admin > Settings > Payment Methods, click Edit on a method and fill in the Description field. Customers see it on Add Funds after choosing that method.
