The Providers page fetches each provider's live balance from its API when you open it and shows it in your admin currency, so you always know when to top up.
What it is
Instead of logging into every supplier, you see all provider balances in a single table inside your own panel.
How it works
- When the Providers page loads, the panel asks each active provider for its balance.
- The amount comes back in the provider currency and is converted to your admin display currency.
- The fresh figure is stored, so the list and provider reports keep showing the last known balance even if a provider is temporarily offline.
- If a provider returns an error, the message is shown in place of the balance.
- A separate hourly check emails you when a balance drops under your threshold (see Provider low balance alert).
