Set or correct the start count and remains of any order by hand. Customers see Start, Remains and the computed End on their Orders page.
What it is
The start count is the number of followers, likes or views the target had before delivery began. It makes progress visible and settles disputes.
How it works
- Providers normally send the start count and remains during status sync.
- For manual services, or to correct a wrong value, open Edit on the order and type the Start counter and Remains.
- The customer Orders page shows Start, Remains and End, where End is the start plus what was actually delivered.
- The values can also be set through the Admin API if you automate processing from outside the panel.
