Select orders and copy their IDs, or their provider order IDs grouped by provider name, straight to the clipboard for support chats with suppliers.
What it is
Chasing a provider about stuck orders means pasting their order numbers. The copy tools gather them in one click instead of copying row by row.
How it works
- Tick the orders you need in Admin > Orders and open the bulk action menu.
- Copy Order IDs copies your own order numbers as a list.
- Copy API Order IDs copies the provider order numbers, grouped under each provider name, and skips orders not yet sent.
- The same two actions are available on the Subscriptions page.
- Customers get a Copy button next to each link on their Orders page.
