Select many custom-rate rules on the Custom Rates page and delete them together so those users return to normal pricing.
What it is
When a promotion ends or a reseller deal changes, you can clear custom prices in bulk instead of editing one user at a time.
How it works
- Open Admin > Custom Rates and filter by username, service ID or date range to find the rules you want to clear.
- Tick the rows, or use the select-all box, and choose Delete from the bulk actions menu.
- Each deleted rule returns that user to the standard service price immediately.
- The action is written to the admin log, so you can see later who removed which rates.
- To clear every rule of a single user, open Custom Rate on that user and remove the services from the list.
