Give any user a percentage discount on all services, manage discounted users in one list, and change many discounts at once.
What it is
A personal discount is a quick way to reward a loyal customer without editing prices service by service.
How it works
- Set a discount between 0 and 100 percent on a user from Admin > Users > Discount; it comes off every service price for that user, including prices returned by the API.
- The Discounts page lists all users who currently have a discount, with filters by username and discount range.
- Tick several discounted users and apply a new percentage to all of them in one bulk action.
- Customers see their own discount on the Account page, so they know the rate already applied to their prices.
- Every change is written to the admin log with the old and new percentage.

Admin > Users > Discount for one user, and Admin > Discounts for the overview and bulk changes.
