Switch any account off or on from the user list; a suspended user is logged out everywhere at once and cannot sign in until reactivated.
What it is
A status switch on every user row lets you pause an account instantly.
How it works
- Flip the status toggle in Admin > Users to deactivate; active sessions of that user end immediately and sign-in is refused with an account-not-activated message.
- Flip it back to reactivate. A user who was blocked by device must be unblocked first from Blocked Users, so a block cannot be undone by accident.
- Editing the basic info or password of a user also signs them out of their other devices.
- You can delete an account entirely, which also removes its tickets and custom rates.
- For repeat offenders, Block User goes further and bans the device itself.
