Email alerts to your admin address for new manual orders, new tickets, new child panel orders, failed orders and a provider balance running low.
What it is
Automatic emails so you can leave the panel and still know when something needs you.
How it works
- Set the admin email that receives all alerts.
- Five admin templates can be switched on or off and edited: New Manual Order, New Ticket, New Child Panel Order, Order Failed and Provider Low Balance.
- Set the balance threshold at which the provider low-balance alert fires.
- Each template has its own subject and body with placeholders such as user name, order ID or ticket link.
Where to find it
Admin > Settings > Notifications, section Admin Notifications. The admin email and threshold are in the settings button on the same page.
