What it is
The small defaults that shape every screen: which clock the panel runs on and how long lists are.
How it works
- Choose the default timezone; dates across the panel are shown in it unless an admin sets a personal timezone in their profile.
- Pick the number of rows per page, from 5 to 100, for admin lists and customer history pages.
- Other options on the same page, such as sign-up fields, email verification, low-balance banner, average time display and ticket limits, are covered under their own features.
